However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or by making necessary corrections.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately of placing your order. Once production has started, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will do our best to rectify the situation by offering a replacement.
